The items are shipped in a mailbox parcel with a track and trace code. The mailbox parcel will fit in your mailbox, so there is no need to stay home to receive the package.

All items are in stock and will be shipped within 2 working days. You will receive a track and trace number when order is picked up by mail delivery. Shipping time depends on the delivery location, expect 3 to 6 days for Europe and 5 to 10 days for the rest of the world. Details per country can be found here: Post NL Shipping

The maximum number of items in an order is limited to 25 items and the maximal cost for shipments outside Europe is limited to 200 Euro per shipment.

International customers are, if applicable,  responsible for the cost of international taxes and import duties (delivered duty unpaid). Only the VAT for countries within the European Union is included in the product price. A packing slip with statement of cost and the harmonized tariff schedule code ( 9704.00) is included in each international shipment for proper customs handling

Unused items can be returned within 14 day’s. Unused means items that are not opened, claimed or minted. Contact support@ciphers.me for return information. Shipping cost for the return shipment shall be paid by the customer themself.

When the purchased items include a rarity, e.g. a random color selection, the items are delivered at random in a neutral, sealed envelope. If the envelope is opened after purchase, the statutory right of cancellation expires, and return is excluded.
